Like most chefs who own their own restaurants, Michael Tuohy virtually lives at his, which he opened on Cheshire Bridge Road one year ago. He’s there from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. or midnight six days a week. When he’s not working, he’s usually at home–a 3,400-square-foot, five-bedroom brick house in Druid Lake built in the early 1990s, where he lives with his wife Patti and their cat, Sam. “I am around people all week at the restaurant,” he says. “I treat everyone who comes in the door as a guest. But otherwise I’m not a big socialite. Patti and I prefer our time together when we get it. It’s a pretty private house.”…
